There is minimal downtime with this treatment and minimal pain. A numbing cream is applied 30 mins before the treatment so that it is as comfortable as possible. You will experience a mild sunburn sensation and redness post treatment, which will generally subside within 36 hours. A mineral makeup can be applied 24 hours after your treatment. Some clients may experience some flakiness a few days after. The therapist will recommend the appropriate homecare following treatment. Many working clients prefer to have this treatment on a Friday night or Saturday Morning so that they feel good to go back to work on Monday.
